I love this Dunkin'. Orders are always ready on time—*do* note that I exclusively mobile order—and the stuff tastes good (as it should), but what really sets it apart from other Dunkin's I've been at is that it has this really comfortable interior. Lots of tables. Some seat two people, whereas others—like the one in the pic—can seat a group of three or four. It feels cozy, but not in a "god, this place is small" way. Sometimes, I'll place an order, come collect it, and just eat in.
This is single handedly the best Dunkin' experience I've had, had my drink ready before I was done paying and my sandwich came less than a minute later. Everything tasted great and was top notch. Also the seating in here was pretty neat.
Firstly this review is for Gul! I dropped my mobile order when going to pick up and the iced coffee spilled everywhere. She asked me what I had, and had it made again and cleaned my mess (I offered to help clean but she said no of course). So thank you for this Gul! Secondly, this DD always get my order right and on time, so great job!

This Dunkin is one of the best! We live 2 mins away and we can put a mobile order in and it is ready by the time we get there! Also, however they brew their iced tea it's always sooooo clean! I don't get the coffee filter brewed taste like some other Dunkins do. They make really good sandwiches. Their efficiency is commendable. And they accuracy for getting the orders right is so far so good for us!! Spot on!! Thank you!!
Quick, friendly, & accurate service!! Definitely will stop back when I'm in the area. Lately most of the other Dunkin's I've been stopping @ while I'm the road. It's worse than pulling teeth just to get my coffee accurate. Doesn't matted ordering in person or on the app.
This Dunkin Donut is one of the best in the whole Boston. The staff here is very friendly. After a few times then they always will remember your drink. The service is also very fast.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Brighton. The employees there are happy and helpful. They listen, they're never rude and they always smile. Plus there's a fireplace! So nice.

Being greeted by the staff really, as Walt Disney always described how he would make an experience better than anyone else, really PLUSSED this quick but important Dunkin run extremely satisfying.
