Dunkin seems to be at every terminal in Logan Airport. Very efficient compared to the competing coffee shops.

Well only reason I go here is for free coffee due to my american express is card. Coffee is good and decent but not as good as Starbucks.

The Dunkin near gate C29 at Logan is a superior location, not too busy. The one near the Legal Seafood location is a cattle call. Don't try to use cash... Coffee A-, bkfst sandwiches, A, Donuts AAAA+++

Fast and friendly service. Good food served quick at a fair price. Always there when I need a quick stop for warm food and drink.

Quick and orderly, as long as orders are at a minimum, large orders will leave you wait for a while, or never get the whole order... A thing fast food joints have a habit of doing... Especially when it's busy or something xtremely busy.

The workers seemed more preoccupied with having conversations with each other than helping customers. The cashier had her cell phone on speaker while being on hold for a warranty, also they were loudly discussing how they would split their tips- it just seemed very unprofessional to me. But 4 stars because i was able to redeem my free birthday beverage here right when I arrived to Boston for my birthday trip & my pumpkin spice latte was yummy.

There was only one person working the cashier that I could see, but they were courteous and served every patron quickly. The food quality was ok at best, but I was hungry and I needed some food. Overall it's not the worst thing in the airport and if the lines are short, you can get served quickly.

10/10 to the young man apparently working a solo shift on a busy Sunday afternoon (8/12/18 around 3:30pm) you were making food, drinks, and restocking napkins with a line wrapping around the corner but still were smiling and helpful! You deserve a raise!
