This Navy Yard restaurant has good food and is one of the friendliest places around. Last time I was there was during the nba playoffs and we weren't thrown out when the restaurant closed before the game ended. By then the waitstaff came and sat and chatted to each other and the folks at the bar and watched the C's win one. I could tell some folks at the bar were there frequently and some were just passing through. I ate a hamburger there that was so delicious. I bet they have some secret meat blend and prep it on site. TAKE NOTE: the place closes relatively early (about 9:30) so if you're a night owl you may want to walk the 10 minutes towards downtown.
Nice place! Had the salmon and the seared scallops they were great. Places issmall quaint, good service. Great meal.
Great food. Both the steak and pork tenderloin were very tender and delicious.

Food was hot, delicious and beautiful. Waitstaff was "above&beyond" wonderful!!! We were in a rush to get to a concert, and mentioned it. So, from the door to our table, everything was done to accommodate our schedule. But above all else, the food was amazing, as well as the service! We WILL go again!!
This is a hidden gem at the Navy Yard. Plenty of gluten free options if needed. Due to the location it is easy to miss this place. However this allows quiet outdoor seating, perfect on warm summer nights. This is my favorite restaurant to walk to, and they have a nice bar too. Can be an ideal dinner place for tourists too after visiting the US constitution.
Love this place. Great art. Doug and John are so fun. The food is amazing. It is also a great place to hold functions including political events. The art on the walls makes me so happy. I forget the name of the painter but I want one of my own so badly.
My partner and I visit this bistro once every winter, for dinner before a Bruins hockey game. Every year we are blown away by the ambiance, wine list, menu and staff. Doug is especially kind and knowledgeable about the menus, and we always enjoy stopping by for after-dinner drinks. Thanks again for making our visits so special!
This is a really cool little spot off the beaten path. I tried to use Google Maps and it took me to the intersection of 6th Street and 1st Ave, but this place is a half block off this intersection. Honestly, the signage needs to be improved because you can't see it from 1st Ave, but once you get inside it's all good. Very comfortable spot, interesting food and great friendly service. I had the tuna tartare, which was very fresh and good, and the Asian duck wings, which were crispy and tasty and great, and a fall salad beforehand that was pretty good. The wine list is solid and they have 4 assorted beer types on tap, of which I had the Lagunitas IPA - very tasty. All of the bartenders and servers were very friendly and the place has a good vibe.
Overall this is a really good spot with a very good menu. Once you get inside it's kind of dark and seems like an old pub that makes you want to stay inside for a long time. Very cool and very old-school Boston.
It was delicious. Plates were a good size, food was wonderful Best mussels I've tasted in years. Also, they really understand gluten free and have lots of options.
