I have frequented this location since about 2010 (!) and have always had a great experience. I did, however, feel compelled to come on here and write a review about my experience yesterday (10/5/2023) and give a huge shout-out to employee "Mark" who went above and beyond. Thank you, Mark! You provided superior customer service. Kudos to you.
Great service at this starbucks. I take the train in from Worcester regularly and they always take care of me. At peak times it takes them way to long to get customers out the door. Something definitely needs to be done about this....
The staff here is always so kind, even if they didn’t have great food/drinks I would still be a customer! I know customer service can be extremely difficult, but thank you for doing a great job!
This place is a safe haven a stone's throw from the very chaotic, perpetually-under-construction, no-place-to-charge-your-phone, food court of South Station. The customer service is alway fantastic and quality is consistent with what we appreciate from Starbucks. Matt was the MVP of my travels today; while I was struggling along during a trip from NYC to ME, he made me a fabulous drink, kept the vibes 100, and helped me screw my head back on after experiencing some travel hiccups. Appreciate this Starbucks every time I travel through Boston. Thank you!!!
Very Relaxed Atmosphere & Friendly Staff !!! Also Has Very Good WiFi And Electrical Outlets !!!!!!!!!
Great experience here. I got a coffee traveller on time, I've always had tasty coffee and they keep well stocked. I am always impressed by staff skill and courtesy here. I like every part of my experience at this Starbucks.
Service here is pretty fast. All the workers are nice. The environment is one where most people can work in. It is not too terribly crowded compared to the other Starbucks near here.
Very friendly staff, Rose provided an excellent service amd a nice experience ,I would be definitely going back to this location.
I switched from the One Federal Starbucks Location to THIS location because:
A. The staff is super friendly
B. They don't rush, so they make my order right every time AND have it tasting good
C. There's wayyy less of a wait
Overall, it's just a nicer experience to start the day.
The Baristas are very friendly, love the customer connection that their giving. Has been a lot better recently! Phil is a great new manager
