Superb location to grab some tasty & high volume food for a lunch with a view of the haabah, especially if your plane gets delayed. Some days Dunkin' just doesn't make the cut
Drunk or laten night munchies... Chinese or Chivas.... normally Chivas and chichqrron... but today General Tso's. I WISH THERE WAS A TERIYAKI YUMMY EVERYWHERE and a burger dive!!
I used to go to that same Chinese restaurant like 3-4yrs ago, and I told the woman at the counter that I wanted an appetizer plate, a dinner plate, and I tried to order the ribs, you know, the Spear Ribs with the bone, not the boneless spear ribs and the woman told me that they don't make them. 1st off, they are on their menu, and 2nd, I said to her that I had gotten them from there before, and she told me no, that they or she (it was a little difficult to understand her)have been there a long time, and they hadn't ever made them! And I was so disappointed because everything time I got those ribs, they were so good! They had a tremendous amount of meat on them. So that was a bummer, but the rest of the food I got was good!
I think this place has the best Chinese food hands down in East Boston! They are very fast if you wait. They have a ton of options for combination plates. They give you a pretty big amount of food on your plate. They are very polite and pleasant to speak to. They also repeat your order back to you, which is huge and saves a ton of mistakes in your order I'm sure. The rice is always fresh, never overly greasy. The rice also comes without veggies which is huge for me, I'm not a big vegetables in rice fan but they will add it if you ask. The chicken fingers are always juicy and never dried out. The spare ribs are always tender and not over cooked. The beef teriyaki is tender as well and very flavorful. The hours are great, they are open until 1am everyday of the week except Fridays and Saturdays until 2am and Sundays till 12am(which is still late for a Sunday!)
9/10 on pricing and quantity. Extremely filling. I usually order crispy pad thai and buy coke once a week and its amazing. Loved the food. They can reduce oil in the dish though.
Customer service 7/10 - I know of 2 employees work there on call taking orders. One is rude and hard time listening and the other one is nice and very polite.
I have had a few different things here and they have all been very tasty. Great flavor, not greasy and the meat isn't fatty/chewy. Heck I think I'll order again now.
The food was delicious. Some of the best Chinese food I have had in Boston. I got a variety of food with other friends and each sampled what the others had got. The sesame chicken was bursting with flavor, more so than other typical places. The ribs were fantastic, honestly the best that I think I have ever gotten from a Chinese restaurant. In terms of service they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back!
I liked the food but the menu show show more of the food they have but over all the food is a solid 8 out of 10👌🏽
Great food! House fried rice was delicious, probably best I’ve ever had. General toas chicken was great and spicy! Just how I love it. Crab rangoon a also very good. Quick service. Will definitely be returning.
This is the best Chinese food in the East Boston area. The food not only tastes great but is consistently good. They have quick and efficient service and are always very helpful. Their spare ribs are amazing. I'm also a fan of their crab rangoons and their pork fried rice.
