This gets five stars for what it's worth. This isn't fine dining but it certainly gets the job done. Huge portions and decent prices. They are super fast too.
My new favorite place! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Large portions for a fair price. And, the folks at China Maxim are friendly as can be. 10/10 recommend!

Got the C26? General Gua with pork fried rice and cheese wontons. It's good for the price, but the style of fired rice is different then what I'm used to and the sauce is okay. But if your hungry anything is good. Inside is like hot af. So just order take out.

Old school trap Chinese food you know like you could get shoot but you know how to move. Food at places like that are always A1 period.
I have been coming to China Maxim 3 for years. They took over as my primary Chinese take-out restaurant in the early 2000's and have not let me down since.
Full sized portions.
Food freshly prepared.
Food served hot.
Reasonable pricing.
Accurate order processing.
Admittedly, sometimes some of their dishes run a little salty but not very often. Their crispy fried foods are actually crispy and not dripping with absorbed cooking oil.
China Maxim 3 shares a small parking lot with the Market Street 7-Eleven. Though mostly take-out it also has two small booths for those who wish to dine there.
We have been getting delivery from this place for years. Food is fresh, relatively cheap, piping hot, and I'm pretty sure they break the sound barrier based on how quickly the food arrives. The crab rangoon and egg rolls are ridiculous.
English is not their first language and they are no nonsense. Get over it.
More or less take out only. Owner is nice guy. Food is good. Dependable dishes. Been ordering for years from here. Prices reasonable too.
Really good food, very quick service.
Generous portion. Not much of custo.er service just place your order and take it to go.
I have been eating here for many years. It is good enough for me for take out. Quick and healthy. Give the. A try and just say not too much salt. Other than that it's very good.
This place is REALLY GOOD, and a perfect example of why you should not judge the book by its cover. Definitely a take-out place, with the dingy front-end and plastic utensils. But ~~they have a Sanitary Grade of A!!!~~ which is better than most/all of your favorite fancy-atmosphere fine-dining places. (I'm talking to you, bad reviewers!!) And the kitchen is right behind the counter in full view and totally clean. Don't go here expecting friendly, American-type customer service in English. It is a tiny Chinese restaurant with older Chinese people working, they just want to give you the food and get the money and not have to speak English. But the food is always perfect, and I spend 1/2 of the money I would normally spend on dinner for two. That is actually what happens when a place doesn't spend anything on silverware/front end. Very great quality, price beats anywhere else, total hidden gem.
