Beautiful sushi and grille location. The wait staff is very friendly. They'll even top off your sake for you. ;)
I ordered the fancy sake don, an entree bowl with salmon sashimi, salmon roe, and grilled salmon over rice. The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly, and the raw fish was fresh.
I asked for a sake recommendation, and they didn't steer me wrong! The cold sake was light and smooth. Perfect compliment to the delicate fish.
Overall, Fin's has been a wonderful Boston experience for this first-timer. I'm glad I came here - if you're in Chinatown, it's definitely worth a stop. :)
Stumbled upon this place for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The sushi is great here and staff were attentive. Would recommend the Sushi Deluxe platter for 2 people and a starter.
The prawn tempura wasn't the best, the batter was more like panko crumbs than traditional tempura batter. The prawn itself
was not fresh but mushy, most likely from frozen. The vegetable tempura was great.
The price was good, for 2 people, 2 drinks, 1 starter and 1 sushi platter to share, it totalled at ~$35

Small cozy restaurant with decent food. Pretty quiet, so great place for a dinner date.
It was good, but not Earth shattering. We were their with a group of ten and two large sushi boats plus a few some dishes saw everyone replete.

The food was good. The sizes may be small but I don't really know how sushi should be priced. The location is sus though since it is near a homeless shelter, you have to walk past some shady characters sometimes. It's pretty dim on the insides but their menu has a lot of options.
Got there late. Like real late. They were perfect. Got everything served promptly and correctly. The waitress even explained the difrerent Saki options as I am only a amateur to the varieties. Great food and drink. Waitress and staff were better than I could've asked for on this birthday dinner.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. While my friend and I were talking she mentioned how I was vegetarian, and the waitress who overheard immediately started suggesting things and making note of everything that contained fish. The food was good as well, and the decoration was cool and unique.
Had a late lunch which they serve until 4pm. All lunches are $10, and the servings are large. I chose a sashimi platter with chef's choice of 8 different fish. All were very fresh, moist and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Included were miso soup and rice. The staff was very polite and prompt, and the place and restrooms were very clean. Also have a wide selection of sake and other wines and beer. I will go back.
