One of the best meals in the Boston Public Market! My go to is the pastrami rueben- the star of the show here is the pastrami which melts in your mouth, incredible. They do a phenomenal job on the slaw too though, the whole sandwich comes together perfectly. Lots of cool sandwich options here too is the Reuben is not your thing. Matt is one of the friendliest guys I’ve meant… ask him to put pickled jalapeños on your sandwich so spice it up!
Beantown Pastrami Company located at Public Market, 100 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02108 in the Boston Public Market, is a quality eatery for Freshly made Pastrami and Corned Beef. They also have Turkey sandwiches. Staff (Chris) was great - helpful, and the bread was good too. I preferred the Corned Beef to the Pastrami. I’m really picky about Pastrami - this was good though! Wasn’t fatty either which was nice.
Okay so I'm ready to top 10% in the world or whatever reason by Google maps for a piece of restaurant reviewers but I decided to give a review of beantown pastrami company today so I'm going to get it four stars. I would have given at 5 but here's the part that really confusing the entire thing as a whole combination all together as a whole, however I didn't taste the pastrami it was kind of like fluff in the middle of the entire great flavor of everything else altogether. But when the name of the company is beantown pastrami I could not even taste the pastrami.
I’m giving 5 stars because genuinely the pastrami sandwich and baked beans were insanely good. It’s tucked into a market of other vendors so you’re not going to a restaurant front just btw! I do wish they’d give an accurate wait time, if it’s going to be 10-15 minutes just set my expectations right instead of just saying 5 minutes to everyone.

My God that was a good sandwich! The pastrami is probably the best I have had in a decade. The guy at the counter was half asleep but the sandwich was fantastic. If I had another day here, I might get another one and go for the half pound sandwich
Ate at the airport location. Pastrami Reuben was delicious. Very lean pastrami and perfect seasoning. Potato salad was ok. Way over-priced for tiny 4 ounce cup. Definitely get the sandwich.
I ordered their classic sandwich. The pastrami is tasty, the mustard they use is tasting really good with an exciting amount of spice. The only thing that I think can be improved is the ratio between cheese and pastrami ( now it’s about 50,50). I think they can put more pastrami in their sandwiches( even if the price goes a bit higher), but the result will be a lot better.
He is the first to acknowledge when I was browsing around. The Classic Reuben pops out of the menu, and it did not disappoint when the meal came! One of the better corned beef I have tasted. Thanks for the treat!
OMG. These pastrami sandwiches are the best I have ever had in 53 years. Huge... I should have saved some for later but I devoured every bite! WORTH IT! Even the pickle was amazing. I won't let my cousin come visit me on the Cape without bringing these again! 🤣 SOOOOO GUD!!!!
Delicious sandwich spot situated in Boston Market. The pastrami is excellent- well seasoned without being over salty while being tender enough to pull apart but still retain some bite. Would highly recommend the reuben- the sauerkraut is made in house I believe and quite nice.
Very friendly service although sometimes the queue can be bit long depending on how many people are working there. I can say definitively it’s worth the wait, particularly if you’re hungry.
