Very delicious food, the carnitas tacos are excellent, please do not hesitate to get the best from the house, highly recommended for foreigners and locals as well.

Absolutely love Taqueria Jalisco and I will definitely be back! Super friendly staff, extremely clean interior, small but cozy and busy, just how I love my taquerias. Birria tacos were delicious, crispy and cheesy with broth on the side! I also got two carnitas tacos and the flavor in the meat was delectable, savory, well seasoned on nice soft flour tortillas. Horchata was delicious and refreshing! My only negative is that I'm too lazy to get from Cambridge to East Boston more often! Keep up the great work!!

My husband and I were on our way to pick up a friend at the airport and found this place on the way. We got the cheese quesadilla and Birria tacos, it was incredible! The ingredients were fresh and it was just so so good, highly recommend!
As a Mexican this place has my respect, the chilaquiles here are sent from heaven, they’re so delicious and the hot sauce on the side is so good. The whole plate is just an excellent experience in terms of flavor and textures. Best (and only) Mexican place I’ve been to in Boston
Great place, great service, excellent homemade salsa and aguas frescas (try the melon). Everything was mostly terrific BUT not quite 5 stars because the tacos were actually slightly bland. The tortillas were good, the salsas were good, they came with plenty of cilantro, but the chicken itself was not really well cooked and flavorful. Still, a great place and fantastic for the price.
Good that makes my mouth water. Go ever time in town to have taste buds left wanting the next time. I bring friends to enjoy the food also.
I come here atleast once a week all the way from the other side of mass and it’s 10/10 worth the drive. I am obsessed with the birria tacos from here been coming here since the beginning of the pandemic and thought it was a time to leave them a review. All the desserts from here are so yummy as well.
Taqueria Jalisco is real Mexican food, not Tex-Mex or Ameri-Mex (is that even a thing? I think of Taco Bell and corporate chain food).
Taqueria Jalisco is home-style and authentic, with their own spin on favorites like Pozole, Birria, and Menudo, along with the the more usual offerings like tacos, quesadillas, sopes, tostados, tamales, enchiladas, and burritos, carnitas, seafood and grill plates having a unique home-made flavor reflecting the taste of the establishment.
This place is high on our taste-per-dollar index list, and we’re really glad to have found it, especially after a years’ long love affair with Tacos Al Poblano, a similar establishment in Yonkers NY where we used to live.
It’s well worth the short ride to the Wood Island Blue Line stop from Downtown. It’s a ten minute walk from the T.
They are one of the best places in Boston for a reason. I had a Burrito filled with carnitas and it was delicious. The service was very good, the ambience is friendly. Although the place is really small, the food is delicious, the people are friendly and very clean. Will definitely go again to try more foods. 😊 10/10 I definitely recommend you to try if you are in the area.
