I recently was walking through the public garden my favorite relaxing section of the city one beautiful weekend afternoon and discovered this Starbucks location the person that took my order on the counter was very kind and friendly and helpful also the brasta that made my latte was kind and friendly also the shandalear light on the ceiling and it's a cute little coffee house in an excellent location near beacon Hill and the back Bay thank you so much for making me welcomed and the polite customer service

The barista was so kind, made us feel welcomed and even gave us a free iced coffee. I didn’t catch her name but she had a hat with a smiley face sticker. Amazing customer service!

i love love love starbucks!! the only thing is the can never seem to spell my name right hahah! my go to drink is the tall strawberry açai, they always do it well. 10/10 recommend.
