Quick and nice service. The bagels were not bad but they weren’t great either.
Great place with great prices. Bagels are super great. Coffee is decent, but you do not have to expect anything else from coffee in places like that. Recommended combo: poppy bagel with smoked salmon and everything + french vanilla coffee with milk and blueberry muffin. That’s just enough for a great meal. Give this place a try, you won’t regret.

This is the first Google review I’ve ever written and ordinarily I wouldn’t see any point in reviewing a chain restaurant - one’s supposed to be the same as all the others, right? - but the people who work at this Bruegger’s location deserve recognition precisely because their exceptional work has distinguished their store.
I work downtown, not far from this Bruegger’s location, and my coworkers and I initially started going to get a free coffee deal through the app but we’ve continued going, not least because the crew at 7 School Street could not be more welcoming and hospitable. They provide a remarkable level of service far above and beyond any expectation I might've had and I genuinely enjoy being a regular there. I know that my entire office feels as I do.
I had the most wonderful experience at Bruegger’s this morning. Fast, kind, and delicious. The woman working the register was particularly kind and helped me put everything into a big bag. Give her a raise!

One of the few places open on a Sunday in the city that had pumpernickel bagels! Those were the criteria that I was looking for and it checked all the boxes 😃
The place itself is very spacious and welcoming. When I went, they had cleaned out the entrance for an event but we’re still serving customers as normal.
The people were lovely and friendly, served me my order quickly, and I had no complaints. The coffee was not amazing, but it didn’t taste burnt or anything so it was fine to me! They had hazelnut and French vanilla, as well as regular and decaf options, so there was some variety.
The most amazing bagel I've ever had. Got egg, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. Great coffee too.

Food is great, the bagels are really tasty. Even the coffee was pretty good! We got there just at the right time because a big line formed after us. I can see how you might be waiting a while to get served.

Went here for breakfast. The bagels are delicious and really good coffee. They have a good selection of food and it’s easy to get to. It’s near hotels and popular tourist spots. Really good and fresh bagels!
