Despite having a HUGE crowd of people flooding in at lunch time, the staff remained very friendly. The line moved quickly, food was OUTSTANDING. It’s a great little gem near the Boston Convention Center if you’re looking to grab something filling, affordable, and healthy during a conference. I will remember this place for future reference! Highly recommended. Yum.

I some how keep messing up my order online and the staff has been nothing but patient with me. Shout out to The GM Rachel and Bri for taking such great care of me! Food quality is fantastic and the service is top notch!! Come check them out.

I did not realize that online ordering was the only option, even if you're at the restaurant. After trying to juggle logins, passwords, etc. without success the manager kindly offered to make our two salads and provided them free of charge to compensate for our difficulty ordering - excellent customer service. She also noted that she would suggest to management that online ordering offer a "checkout as a guest" option rather than customers being required to set up an account. I'll definitely be patronizing this location for their excellent salads when I return to Boston.

I've been going to this location since it opened. The other day I ordered a salad online and they accidentally put onions in it. The store manager was apologetic and offered a free salad for the next day! What amazing customer service and I thank you.

Definitely the best salads but with a name like sweet greens you better have good salads. I'd recommend that you get there by 1130 during the week because if you don't you'll be waiting in line for quite a while. There is a definite drop in quality when you order online but if you miss that 1130 cut off then that is your best bet. The only negative is the price. We're talking 13 bucks for a salad with chicken. It's worth the money too stay healthy and feeling good. I highly recommend the guacamole greens plus beets and sweet potatoes. Enjoy!

My company was able to speak with the really nice manager named Ahmed who was able to help us plan a meeting lunch for 10 people. The food is always great and fresh and he was able to portion it out for 10 people and put it into separate bowls and containers so people could make their own salad. It worked out very well because some people have certain dietary preferences so it helps to have and make-your-own salad bar type catering order. Will be ordering again from here frequently. Also having vegan options available makes me super happy. The fact that sweet green has whole plant based food is wonderful because not many restaurants in Boston do, they mostly carry only cooked foods and boring salads. Sweetgreen is definitely on my list of go-to places for lunch. I'd eat here every day if I could. A salad or a bowl definitely beats a basic lunch sandwich any day!

Innovative salad place with good new cold and hot salad blends mixing sweet and savory with different textures. The food and flavors were good, but had room to improve. The manager declined to serve us water because he had no cups. I would expect a $10 salad place to have better customer service especially with so many comparable priced options in the city.

This place is so delicious, and the price is more than reasonable. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is amazing. After coming in from a chilly fall night, a warm bowl hits the spot without breaking the caloric bank. Yum!

I was passing the restaurant on our way to a Red Sox game when a woman came out exclaiming "It's just to healthy in there". I knew at that moment we'd miss the 1st inning because I HAD to eat there. It was amazing, the greens in the apple cheddar salad were phenomenal, my taste buds were raging! And it was reasonably priced for such freshness! I only wish there was one closer to me...
