Had an appointment nearby & while waiting for our ride we had lunch. Excellent choices, from 6 different soups to choose from, to all kinds of ethnic foods! Italian, sushi, meat & potatoes, a salad bar wonderland too! Just excellent! Everyone was so kind & upbeat, my kind of place! A little pricey, but every bite was well worth it. I chose the lasagna, I like to see if anyone can beat mine lol. Delicious & very close, but no cigar. I would get it again though, so recommending you try. My lil fur baby loved the left overs too! 💕
Excellent as always! We are from Brooklyn and spent couple days in Boston and Wholefoods market met all our expectations. Fresh and delicious hot bar, great bakery, we bought vanilla cheesecake which was super-delicious! Recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Whole Foods store in Boston, and I must say, it was an outstanding shopping experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I could feel the positive and welcoming atmosphere that sets this Whole Foods apart from other grocery stores.
First and foremost, the store was immaculate, organized, and well-maintained. The cleanliness and tidiness throughout the aisles showcased the store's commitment to providing a top-notch shopping environment for its customers. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in their work, ensuring everything is in its place and easy to find.
Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Whether I had a question about a particular product or needed help locating an item, they were quick to offer their expertise and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. It's evident that Whole Foods places a high emphasis on customer service.
One of the highlights of my visit was the extensive selection of high-quality products. From fresh, organic produce to a wide range of specialty and local items, I found everything I needed and more. The store's commitment to providing natural and sustainable products aligns with my values, and I appreciated the attention to detail in their product curation.
Additionally, the prepared food section was exceptional. The hot food bar and salad bar offered a delicious array of dishes, catering to various dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the diverse selection of vegan and gluten-free options, which can sometimes be challenging to find elsewhere. It's evident that Whole Foods prioritizes catering to all types of customers and dietary needs.
Furthermore, the in-store dining area provided a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy a meal or snack. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of city life. I even noticed some live plants scattered around, adding a touch of nature to the dining space.
Finally, the checkout process was seamless and efficient. Despite the store's popularity, the lines moved quickly, and the cashiers remained courteous and friendly. I also appreciated the option to use contactless payment methods, which enhanced the overall convenience.
In conclusion, my visit to the Whole Foods in Boston was nothing short of exceptional. The store's commitment to cleanliness, top-notch customer service, and a wide selection of high-quality products left a lasting impression on me. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this Whole Foods store for all my grocery needs. If you're in Boston and looking for an extraordinary grocery shopping experience, don't hesitate to visit this Whole Foods location. It deserves every bit of its five-star rating.
Usually love this store although every few seasons the butcher shop loses some of it's really good butchers and I am let down by something. Tonight they did not have 1 lb of steak tips but they had tri-tipa. I said what's that? He said it's basically the same. I said what does tri-tip have more fat? "Yeah" he replied. I get home it's 8:$0 and need to cook quickly for my 6 year old so I can put him to bed. Unpacked the meat to put a quick marinade on it. It looked really lean. I Google what's the difference with tri-tip and steak tip. Tri tip is for stewing, roasting in oven, or smoking. I have no time for that. Tri-tip son is not the same it's totally different method. I shouldn't have took his word for it I never seen him before. I did bc my 6 year old was getting board and beginning to act silly with me. I really wish this young man did not tell me they are basically the same thing. Certainly not. This happens every 3-6 months here. During the summer I purchased steak tips and received beef chuck or maybe it was tri-tip. Whatever it was it didn't belong in the broiler. It was so tough.
I never complained then or other times when not satisfied but I stop ordering for a while until I see skilled butchers. Hope you can find and keep skilled help at this location. Tired of expecting consistency and not getting it. Just a bad being told something about a product that is not true
Now I need to go back out now to Star Market and it's 9pm I won't be done cooking and son in bed until probably 11 when I could be finished cooking about right now (as long as it's taken to write this review). I had to write thi a even though I its late and no time to spare. I just want it to work out. If you do not know say that you are not sure do not sell me something that takes hours or days to prep and cook.
Did an Amazon return here. I love how easy they make it with the self service kiosk.

Always clean and
stocked well. Love my Prime discount and the variety of foods. I didn't like that a bunch of the fl owers for sale out front were dying or the container of fresh cut mangos I bought for $7 were half ripe and half hard and tasteless. Disappointing after working outside and stopping for a light snack before having to go back out into the heat. BATHROOMS ARE clean and well kept!
James helped me find some of the items I was looking for.. extremely pleasant and helpful. A+ for customer service
My favorite Whole Foods Market! Great location, great size and great selection of groceries and other items to buy! I love the body care and the hot foods sections! This is a great grocery store chain that puts quality first!
Decent location, ate there for dinner twice when we were in Boston two years ago. Pizza was okay, but it felt like there could've been a bit more to it, not mentioning the wait. Selection was great, I think my dad liked the salad. Stock gets kinda low near the end of the day, but if you're in a pinch, you'll find what you're looking for pretty quick. Would eat dinner there again if we were in the area.
Everything is overpriced but I only shop here for the meat. Whole foods fresh meat, poultry, and fish will be better than any stop and shop, shaws, market basket and star market.
