This place is good and tasty. Never really have an issue with service or food. It’s just lacking something for the price- which is above average for breakfast and lunch/brunch. Service is average.

My wife and I wanted breakfast, but I had Tasty Biscuit on my mind for a while. So, we decided to go back for a second visit. I am a steak lover therefore I knew what I was having and my wife want breakfast with white rice. When we sat down and began to look through the menu, we suddenly felt adventurous. So, we ordered something we'd never had before. To my surprise, the breakfast that I ordered was exactly what the name of this restaurant was, TASTY!!!

Had breakfast on Thanksgiving morning with family. First time and impressed with the food and friendliness of the restaurant. I ordered the Southern skillet, absolutely delicious, didnt have to add any salt, peper or sauce, loved the flavor as is.
Will be returning!

Great little place. Restaurant was busy but not to busy. Easy to sit and talk without a lot of background noise. Staff was great and food was delicious. I'm a fan of biscuits and gravy and most local restaurants leave me disappointed but the Tasty Biscuit was actually decent and left me wanting more.

Our first time here. Congratulations, we enjoyed the food. We tried the Mexican skillet. It was delicious. Spicey! Not for the meek. They have are selection. I personally would like to have seen more social distancing. A suggestion? Regularly wipe down the condiments bottles.. It was really busy and full. We will come back for more.april 2022 we had the southern skillt-boned ham very delicious . Social distancing? Not so good. So packed in there. Hard to walk the aisles. Nov 2023

I would absolutely recommend this place. The quality and quantity of the food far exceeded our expectations. The service was fantastic. The decor was very cute with a farmhouse vibe. I would eat here again without hesitation!

I've been to Tasty Biscuit many times and it's your average breakfast place. Menu is pretty standard breakfast fare but very large. All and all I don't crave going there but I don't mind when I end up there either. Servers tend to be very quick and food comes out fast. Prices have gone up recently so I would not consider this a restaurant where your getting a deal. It's a safe bet when you want a quick breakfast.

It's the first time we went there since Family Square left. The interior has gotten a full make over. It's nice, but it doesn't have that "family style restaurant" feel. If you understand. I love it. Don't get me wrong, but the family style just doesn't have that vibe.
The menu is gigantic. If you're in the market for Breakfast or lunch, you'll get your fill. Belive me. The portions are bigger than your eyes. Don't eat too much. There is plenty to take home. Possibly for an additional 1 to 2 meals.
We have added this to our list of locations to go out. We have a list in which we go through when we go out. This is now part of that list.

The food was so good. I got the nasty with poached eggs. Fluffy biscuit, moist chicken. Crispy hash browns, and a perfectly yolky poached egg. Robert was a great waiter. The restaurant is clean and the service was quick. Oh and the coffee! Not bitter, not overly sweet. Just right!

We had the pleasure to visit Tasty Biscuit for the first time over the weekend. From the outside, we thought as we walked in that it will have that gloomy ambience. It didn't. Bright and greeted with a smile by the host.
Menu was overwhelming but enticing with all the dishes they offer. My spouse settled with chicken and waffles (again..lol) and I with skirt steak. We did order Beignet and what a treat it was!!! Came with cream cheese, nutella and some berries dip with it. This is my game changer as it was better than what I had in New Orleans. Wish their waffle texture is the same as the beignet. I think it would be a hit.
My spouse was not a fan of the waffles, again. It didn't stand out but the chicken, that was really good. The meat was juicy, not dry at all and the skin was crisp at its best. My skirt steak was juicy and tender too. No complaints there. They serve big portions so you really get your money's worth. And our waitress? She's the nicest and a local. She lives in Bolingbrook. Definitely will eat there again to try other dishes. Happy Eating!
