I opened the wrapper hoping for a good sandwich. I was wrong. It wasn’t even cut in half, the veggies were overflowing and sloppy, they toasted it when I specifically asked them not to. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Very disappointed.

Placed an order through their app, only waiting 5 extra minutes than quoted for my order. Dining room was clean, staff friendly in a real way and not fake. The service counters were very clean. I didn't see dressing or veggies strewn about like some sandwich shops.

Hardly any steak on my sandwich. The veggies were kinda slim too.

Their meatballs are absolutely awesome, however the young lady needed to remember to heat up the chicken teriyaki.

The new face-lift looks good! Staff is always friendly and attentive, veggies always look good at this location and our orders whether ordered in person or online are always correct and delicious. Sad they got rid of the honey oat bread, but love those cookies :)
