Won’t be going back. The staff was very unprofessional, wearing ear buds, hoodies and normal clothing like they were at home. The woman fixing drinks was very rude and made the experience uncomfortable. They also only had 1 type of salad which I only found out after asking for the other 3. Food was not up to normal Wendy’s standard as well. The chips were also expired which makes me worry what else is!

Amazing job compared to what I have recently experienced with fast food restaurants. Employees were happy even though it was extremely busy, and I was actually given the correct order! This is probably the first time my order was correct at this location in years.

Dinning in was closed because they didn’t have enough workers. Make sure you check your order before you drive away from window! Even when they mess your order up (and acknowledge it!) they tell you to get back in line to get the rest of your meal. Poor customer service starts with the manager and goes from there…..

The were friendly and patient with us as we were being a bit confusing. We started in the drive-thru and decided to come inside. They continued with our order inside without any issue. They were very pleasant the entire time. I appreciate their patience. Thank you

Won't be going back. Says they open at 6:30 am. We were there at 8 am. Nobody would answer the drive thru we asked several times was anyone there. We pulled up to the window and 3 girls were standing in the back and just looked at us but did not come over.

I was having a really bad day today so I went to get a frosty and fries, the lady that took my order at 2:05 (idk her name) was so kind and sweet it made my whole day better, also my fries were yummy so over all great experience<3

Manager took our order, wasn’t exactly rude but we felt very rushed an like we were bothering him. Got the food fast an correct!

We live minutes from this location. Got there 15 minutes before closing tonight. They served the car in front of us but wouldn’t serve us. Said sometimes they stay open until 11. Sometimes they don’t. Then stopped responding through the speaker. This is the fourth bad experience we’ve had in the last month. The food is never what we ordered and cold. Poor management. Poor leadership.
