Stopped in while we were working in the area. The server Susan was amazing. First time I have had a steak cooked to perfection in a long time. Susan was very attentive and friendly. Will be back!

Don’t often have high expectations for major chains like this, but Bluffton Outback really outdid itself! The food was excellent and the cherry on top was our sweet server, Susan. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She’s knowledgeable of the menu and provided above and beyond customer service! Will definitely be back and ask to sit in Susan’s section.

My family has been a patron of outback steakhouse for years. I have to say that our experience at this particular outback was phenomenal. The food was obviously great as usual. However, what made this dining experience incredible was our waitress QB. She was attentive, helpful and friendly. Ten stars! All the thumbs up.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The experience was 1000% flawless from beginning to end!! Welcomed in the front door, immediately had Julia (the servers assistant) came to our table with a genuine smile and pleasant personality and got drink orders and said our server would be right over. We were like "ok" lol when does that actually happen and it did!! Our server Sarah was right on top of things, helpful, patient, and super sweet!!! She took the order and within a few minutes had the salads out. All with a true smile on her face!! (RARE THESE DAYS!) Gabby, also pleasant, ran our food out also with a smile on her face. The food was delicious! My steak was nice and juicy, asparagus fresh and perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes taste like homemade and I'm from the South so we know!
Like I said, beginning to end amazing service! Where does that happen this day and age. Go see them, you won't regret it!

I often come to this particular Outback on Sundays. My server's name was "Sincere". She was very pleasant and charismatic. The owner even sat down at the bar with me to ensure that I was having a good time. The ambiance of the place topped of my "after church" Sunday evening and laid back Bluffton atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. And in walking distance, you can catch a good movie.

My son was murdered about a year ago and our birthdays are two weeks apart... A friend in the community that has helped me along the way of this unimaginable journey gave me a gift card for my birthday for outback. Blooming onion is my favorite!! They were really great. They even offered to sing Happy Birthday to me. And they gave us under the circumstances to make me feel better to scoop of ice cream for dessert to share with my family. Our server was very busy but very good and got to love outback.
