Taco Bell

I've never had an issue here before but I went today and got a chicken quesadilla and it for one had lettuce and tomato on it when quesadillas don't even come with that and secondly the cheese wasn't melted. it was literally shredded cheese. very disappointed but i'll definitely be back because i love taco bell.

Every time I order something vegetarian from this restaurant in particular, they give me meat. I don't eat meat, so I end up with food I can't eat. I order the vegetarian items listed on the menu 90% of the time, so it's not like I'm asking them to change ingredients in an order. This is dangerous to people with good allergies because meat allergies exist! The franchise owner of this location seemingly doesn't care about that, and doesn't regulate the quality and complaints they receive. Taco Bell corporate doesn't care, either. I've complained and complained to corporate over this only to be ignored. I don't get why they won't address it.

Have absolutely ruined what used to be the best breakfast. Now for the crunch wraps the hash browns are burnt so it's like biting into glass, and absolutely zero creamy jalapeno sauce even when you ask for extra, they also don't mark which is which. Has been last 3 times going there for breakfast. They also managed to make bean burritos taste like sand and get every order wrong. Go to the one in Pounding Mill VA instead.

Again I went to taco Bell to see things had gotten better. Well it had not. The ice machine out on the floor was still not working. Then the debit / credit card reader was down. I had ordered my usual the taco salad I always want chicken not beef. I was charged extra for the chicken also it took a good minute for the employee understand what I was ordering.5/21/ 22. Went again to see if things had changed. Again it had not . Finished the order at 6:20pm. Didnt receive order till about 10min later. Order# was 233888. The power bowls have gotten smaller. Just bring the TACO SALAD. BACK.
