During Covid the last thing anyone would want is some strangers hair in your ice cream. Never coming back. No one in our family has black hair.

Sign said dq machine broke. What does that even mean. so I asked if I could get a milkshake, employee said can't do those. I then asked if I could get a blizzard. Employee responds with can't do those either. This place needs to put up a sign that just says go home we can't serve anything.
