Panera Bread

This Panera Bread is conveniently located right off of I-80, which is helpful if you are traveling. The store is spacious with plenty of seating. There is even an outdoor patio if the weather is nice. The service is fast and friendly. And the food is always fresh and made to order. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Panera Bread.

The food at Panera Bread is always good but the cost has just went up too high. This isn’t because of the pandemic or recent supply chain issues. The price is Panera bread has always been a more expensive dining option but to be honest it is only a step above a fast food restaurant. The restaurant is always clean and the workers are always very nice - but the cost for a soup, salad, shared sandwich (split between two), and two drinks was $30 bucks. We could have eaten at a sit down family style (diner) restaurant for this price and gotten more food.

Please keep in mind that it will take up to 30 days to receive a refund from Panera bread customer service. They use a third party delivery service that I would find a hard time believing they would be willing to take responsibility for. Pretty good food as long as you're willing to get the short end of the stick for it

First I love the food at Panera Bread. When we got our order I realized we didn’t have the utensils so I have to ask them for it. I ordered ham with avocado and some avocado feel left I’m the sandwich. Found hair in my husband’s broccoli and cheese soup.the employees prepping our food looks like unhappy people. Didn’t take picture with the hair in the soup it’s so gross.
