I called at 12:00 pm they said they delivered n they said they called but never did the first order has took 1 hour n I called back n they wanted to give me the same subs but they was soggy from the mayonnaise n it’s been 48 mins later n still haven’t showed up I don’t understand this store it never takes this long I am staying in the hotel that’s in the same parking lot n it’s still taking this long I eat jimmy Johns all the time n it never takes this long they really need to get older staff working cause they got these young kids working n they don’t care vary rude on the phone need better customer service .... makes me just want to cancel the order

Nightmare!!! Stay away from this location. I never had so many people come to me never order from this location. I thought I'd still give it a try, took them more than 30min drive to arrive and it was already too late. I was not more than a block away, at this point I'm like say screw this and got Subway and beat their drivers and ate already. I already had to go back to work. Stay away!! Now I know why people kept saying horrible staff and people don't care and lying about how they don't have ingredients but the people aren't stupid and see a bunch of them in the back with the container filled with the stuff.
