Buffalo Wild Wings

I have always loved coming here before covid I always got some hot boneless wing and fries and I loved it. When they started doing takeout only I ordered boneless wings and my fries, instead I got traditional wings and the sauce tasted really odd, the fries were really hard, cold, and didn’t have much flavor anymore. I decided to give it another try and the second time I had ordered 10 boneless wings and I only got 5 instead, the wings were cold and so were the fries and to top it off there was a hair in my food. I went to ask for a refund and got less money than I paid for! I didn’t complain because I got something but I do not recommend take out!

Make sure they give you fresh cooked wings! My order arrived at my table in less than five minutes. They were tepid barely warm. Is that even safe? Wait staff was great. Management was MIA. Again wait staff was top notch. Update12/29/20: corporate asked me to fill out a complaint on their website. I did. No response. Not surprised.

Cheyenne or shyanne was not wearing a name tag and was extremely rude as I sat down before I left as I was waiting for someone to return from the rests room after I had paid to be a guest here. Many people are leaving because the service is so rude. But please please ask for Becca because she called me a dirty Mexican because I sat at a table different from mine.
