For the love of God please pave your drive through. Three of the biggest potholes of my life in this drive through for months! Y'all act like you're not a billion dollar company.

Seriously the potholes in the drive thru are unreal. As much as the price of a large Americano has increased thru the years . Sure by now you could fill in the potholes . Seriously could damage smaller vehicles .

Worker’s are very sweet and courteous. The location is great, close to my job, but wish they would have made the parking lot a little bigger. The drive thru line can get so long, it’s ends up out on S Walnut, blocking one lane of traffic. (Thankful for S. Walnut’s double lanes) Also to SB Customer’s - if you see another customer in the median, waiting to turn in, please be courteous and allow them to go when it’s their turn. Very rude to rush in just because you’re on that side of their parking lot!

With only one exception, the staff and service at this Starbucks location has been first-rate every time I have visited in the last year. The food and drinks are consistently good. The 1-star drop is for 2 reasons: The drive-through sign has been broken for months, and the speaker is horrible (hard to hear a lot of lower, softer voices), and the line in the drive-through is almost always VERY long and slow, even to the point of screwing up traffic in the street and creating potentially dangerous situations.

Even with as busy as they always are. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Absolutely love coming here. Fantastic outdoor seating as well.

Great drink! Ordered from mobile ordering...went to purchase gift card at counter and I was asking a question after my purchase and the girl walked off and... that was it! So other than that, drink was great! Had the Chestnut Praline!
