Edited 9/2023: They seemed to have improved immensely, and have gotten both faster and more accurate. It's been a couple months since I've had an issue with my order here. Only 3 stars for food because it's still poor quality nutrition, but that's on the company at large not this location. Original review from 3/2023; Staff is always kind. However, they regularly mess up my order and have done so in virtually every conceivable way. It's one of the only food options within diving distance for my work lunches, so that really puts me out when I have 10 minutes of break left and they screw it up.

The food was okay but you should check your order to make sure you get the full thing. Sometimes you don't get a full thing of fries. One time I end up slim chicken nuggets and they didn't give me as many as they are supposed to. And if you ask for sandwich and ask them to modify it they might not do it I cannot tell you how many times I asked to hold the pickles but the add pickles anyways. (Note: The staff are doing better making this mistake less then they used to.)

I love how I make my daughter get on the app while I’m driving to order our food. Just to be able to type in exactly what my picky eater wants instead of trying to explain in a busy drive thru .. So less confusing. Not to mention Everytime I order they are giving me great perks , free upsize or buy one get one .. Those aren’t even taking away my earned points so absolutely love the online ordering, then drive thru pick it up.
