Casey's

If I could give this Casey’s less than 1 star I would. They are the closest Casey’s to our house and my son loves going there for breakfast. It’s only been a pleasant experience occasionally. My wife also enjoys going there but there is often no hot food for purchase in the warmers or doughnuts in the case. I would change my review if the service improved, but sadly over the last 6 months it has if anything gotten worse. I grew up in a small town and I am a life long Casey’s customer. These days I drive across town to other Casey’s locations for my fuel, etc. it’s inconvenient but it seems worth it since half the time we drive to another location anyway just to get a doughnut. Also, the hours listed online are wrong. This location is not open at 5am.

I ordered a breakfast pizza online for pickup at 7:30 AM. I get the the store at approximately 7:40 AM and they had given my pizza to another customer by mistake. They didn’t check her name nor order number when she came to pick up her order, and in turn and gave her my pizza. They had to re-make my pizza, which then made me late for work. Terrible.

Would've been 4 stars I'm there every week so everyone should know me I love Casey's but tonight was uncalled for. Purchased gas and went in to take money out of atm so right there why would I need to steal. Went to look at beer in the outside doors not the freezer and decided not to get any and when I was leaving I was stopped and asked if I was pretty much stealing because it looked like I did because of that I'm going out of my way to find a different gas station and not coming back this one is right by my house to

Second time I have waited over an hour for my order. This time I called and they said it will be an additional 30 at least because they haven't even started it. Disappointed Casey’s has always been my favorite pizza but this one has poor staffing or something. Not impressed. Just recommend not preselecting good a tip amount.

I had called to order a pizza this morning, but when i got there an hour later, they were running behind. It is Boss's week and they had many orders to work on. They gave me my pizza for free because I had a bit of a wait. The staff here are always friendly and courteous. I just wanted to thank everyone there.
