Taco Bell

I went into this Taco Bell at 10:35pm when online it says they close at midnight to get food for my family. I ordered 4 spicy potato soft taco's, a beef chalua, 2 five layer burrito's, 2 Mtn Dews and a 12 pack of Cinnamon Delights. The whole experience was horrible!! The standerd sauce that's supposed to be on spicy potato soft taco was missing on all 4 taco's, the chalupa had no tomatoes and barely any meat, literally not more than 3Tbsp. The 5 layer burrito's turned out to be "4 layer burrito's" because they had no sour cream and were cold, the Mtn Dew when originally given to me was out of syrup and instead of changing it they said I had to pick a new pop because they were closing soon", last but not least, the Cinnamon Delight's we're old, hard and cold. I even tried calling to complain within 10ish min from ordering the food to complain and the message on the phone said nobody was there to help me. I will be calling back in the morning!!

I feel terrible for the staff here as the store is always having system issues and the drive through constantly has a wrap around line. They do make mistakes on orders here and there which is bound to happen with such little amount of staff and such a big amount of orders coming in, but they are always so kind and will fix your order right away. They’re always sweet and you can tell they are trying their best.
