Burger King

this place gets no stars from me. I spent 15.00 dollars on a meal and they want to charge me for 1 ranch sauce for dipping my onion rings. the service was slow, what happen to a dipping sauce for your fries or rings. do you get Ketchup for your fries if so then why couldn't I get 1 sauce for my onion rings. to the Hamburger; the meet is dry, the bun is falling apart because it isn't toasted. there is so many jalapenos on the Burger that they are falling off before I even bite in to it. 1 slice of cheese for 2 meet patties. What happen to providing food with some costumer service. most of these places are FAST FOOD I get it, but part of costumer service is the food we get. over all this is happening every where you these day. costumer service has gone to the dogs. We need to stand up and force the issue. This is one of many places I will never return. I can go across the street to subway and get a better sandwich, service, and its cheaper.

This review would have been better had my issue been solved. This establishment can't be bothered to answer their phone. Long story short, my drive through order was messed up and the food was cold by the time I got home which is about a seven minute drive. I called to inform them of the mistake, twice, but they phone just rang and rang.

Normally I don't have any issues with the location but tonight definitely not happy. Took the girl taking the order five times to get the order and make it right. Then the cheeseburgers were greasy and the wrapping paper was greasy and the marker was smearing. The cheeseburgers were not very warm either. The chicken nuggets were tolerable. At least the French fries were fresh. This was a drive through order.

Places is bad watch out for them kids in that kitchen they play games i always get the soupy fecal when I eat at this burger king I don't go thru the drive thru to park by a trash can for 15 minutes to get weird looks from workers to give me things I paid for and they're paid to expedite producing i.e.fast food....
