Waited for 35 minutes after placing an order through the app. Simple order of corn dogs. How has this not gotten better? I’ve tried to come here several times in the last few years and every time it takes FOREVER!! Is there anyone actually running this Sonic?

This is the worst sonic ever. I have been here 10 times over the past year and every time it is extremely slow. I have ordered at the drive thru. At the drive in or with the app and every time it takes forever. This time, I ordered one dr. Pepper and I used the sonic app. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. It took 10 minutes from the moment it said that my car hop was on the way.
I keep coming back, hoping for better service and giving them excuses and I just keep getting disappointed.

Poor customer service from the girl taking the order & the carhop tried to tell me I didn't need a spoon for my slush? Uh I'm 49 years old & will eat the food I pay for however I choose! Not gonna argue with a kid about a spoon or how I eat the food I pay for!

Not sure how they stay in business. They are always out of something. Straws, spoons, napkins and more. Im sure they have been out of meat before. Most of the time only the drive through is open.

Horrible service. Waited 20 mins for our food. Not even fresh or hot. Didn't even get my change back from the worker. Never coming back to this sonic franchise again.

Ordered in the app, checked in at bay #2 for 15 minutes and had to call someone to get my order. Supposedly not enough car hops to bring me my food, but nobody bothered to tell me. I had a trailer so I couldn't go through the drive thru.

I honestly don't know how this place makes any money...I have tried on multiple occasions to take my son here for a milkshake as a "special treat", every time I pull up, press the button to indicate I'm ready to order and 10 minutes later and still no response. Tonight was the 4th and last try. Will never try again, there's a Braum's just up the road that I can drive to just as easily.

This Sonic is the worst! They switch daily from drive thru to parking lanes with no visable signs or notifications on their app. I get staffing issues but laminated some signs doesn't cost much. They can also shut down mobile ordering... you know easy things that make sense.
