Unfortunately, I being the consumer was forced to give this location one star. I encourage everyone in the bixby area that comes to this location, please check your food carefully, especially if you have children. A piece of plastic was in one of my tacos. This could have been an accident, or something with more of malicious intentions. I'm glad that this happened to me and not a small child that would've easily choked on this. This is absolutely unacceptable for any franchise. Plenty of other Tex Mex store locations in bixby/South Tulsa area.

This was the cheesy roll up I got from Taco Bell in Bixby. They also won’t let you substitute a taco for a beefy five layer burrito when you get a box. They won’t tell you that in the drive through, you’ll find out when you take your order inside stating you asked them TWICE to do it and nothing was said about it. Has an issue with change. Frequently states they only accept exact change or card. I can only assume it's night shift closing early. If not, they should have fixed the cause of the problem by now.

Never ioen at 8am or 9am for that matter. Went by their this morning and shocker they were closed. My other family got chicken chalupas last night and the shell was hard as rock and the order was wrong. Do not recommend this Taco Bell ever. I I could give it a zero I would

The food is... well, it's Taco Bell. But they NEVER get my order right. In fact, when I went today, I accidentally ordered a Muchaco because I usually go elsewhere. Regardless, today was my first time back in over a year. Guess what happened. They got my order wrong.

Facility is clean (including bathrooms). Staff is friendly. Many Taco Bell’s don’t have that. My fave item is the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. Only $2!!

I purchased this order from the Taco Bell #029715, 7980 South 111th St last night (4/17/22) at 8:57pm. When I returned home I noticed that my order was incomplete. Two burritos were missing. A family member had to eat something else as retuning to the restaurant would have been a big inconvenience. I should be compensated for my loss and inconvenience.

I ordered 4 supreme tacos and got all regular beef tacos. Not ok. That’s just lazy. Very disappointed. It’s like this every time I go. No longer recommend to anyone.
