Placed an order online one Saturday morning without realizing my order was coming from the downtown location instead of the location on Grand and the downtown location was closed and I’d get my order on Monday. Monday rolled around and a worker had texted me and asked me if I still wanted my order and I said no, and that I would just take the refund. A few days pass and I still don’t get a refund so I call, someone said they’d let their boss know and gave them my name and number. A week passes and I call again, was told the boss was notified and she should be processing it, two weeks go by and I call again and they have no answer for me. Never received my food, never received a refund.

Good, healthy options. However, it is better to go to the store to pick up your items. Reason being, they always miss something (sauces, drinks, chips) or mix up the order. Also, if you call to obtain the items, the staff has a tendency to be short with the customer. Again, good food- but quality control is lacking.

1st off the website wouldn't let me order from the downtown, and when I called to order I talked to one girl who simply set the phone down and I could hear her continue whatever she was doing long enough where some other lady casually walked up and greeted me as if she found the phone laying there connected to a customer. Then she told me that I needed to order online... when I finally ordered my 2 philly's they were smaller than a dollar burrito at taco bell and had enough meat to fill a half of a small. Missing toppings and the worst pita I've had. Also horrible customer service besides the cook inside
