They get very busy and staffing isn't always 100% because people treat food workers like garbage, so sometimes the wait can be long, but in spite of that the drive thru staff is always friendly and my coffee is always made right and tastes good. They are doing a low reward job for even less money. Treat them with respect and kindness. Without them we wouldn't get to live our privileged lives of on demand coffee.

Chaotic and unorganize. Went inside to order. Ordering a cappuccino took 18 minutes. As we stood there through out the entirety. I've noticed 8 drinks handed out to the drive thru and 3 drinks which were placed after us getting served.
I wanted to be patient and were waiting patiently. 😞 not sure if this was helpful.
Had to step in and ask when we could (that was a challenge, since we had to wait for someone to zoom by the counter) and then we were finally getting a chance to getting our drink made. This was the person who took our order but not by the person who was suppose to make our order. 🤷♂️ She apologized, I said thank you, we got our drink, and went on our way.
First and last time here but cappuccino and donuts were great 👍

Gave the wrong order to us. Took it back from us then proceeded to get our order wrong. Ordered drinks ice cream and a sandwich. Only got 2/3 drinks and no ice cream or sandwich. Then when we told them what we were missing they had us pull up and wait. We pulled up and waited just
for them to bring us out the wrong kind of smoothie. Not impressed, need better

I’ve only been to this Dunkin’ 2x, and both times it has taken more than 2x to get the drink right. Today after the third time they remade it, I just left. Easier than getting frustrated over someone not making your drink the way you order it. It’s not like it’s even complicated. Large frozen coffee, extra cream, no sugar.

Was going there regularly. Sometimes a few times a day for coffee both hot & iced. Last time when I was in the bathroom we were told to leave because they didn't feel comfortable serving homeless people in their community/ even though we paid for our stuff everytime.

Me and my Girlfriend went to go inside to eat ice cream today. Not a true Baskin Robins only counted 16 flavors. I had waited 15 minutes before I was acknowledged as we looked through the ice creams. After we decided what to eat. We waited and waited as we waved at the employees they waved back but did not come to us. Eventually one person came over and only to say. Someone will be over soon. We waited another 10 minutes before no one would come over and waving at the employees and only to get waved back at 5-6 people working only doing Drive thru is messed up. No care but to stand around and collecting a check so it seems to me

Stood inside for over 10 minutes until someone actually acknowledged me. Did not ask if I needed anything else after I ordered one sundae(was getting 2). Stop rushing your customers.

I don't mind the wait times. I can clearly see how busy you are and know you are humans not sonic speed robots. But yall could acknowledge the people waiting inside in line a little more that'd be great. Most of the time we stand for at least 5 minutes before someone even comes to the front counter. Meanwhile someone may be just mopping the floor instead of helping with the 30 people in line. Then when someone finally takes lobby orders that one person takes all the orders then starts making the mobile orders that popped up while taking out orders and then the person will start making lobby orders. Why is only one person tasked with front counter all the time?? If it's a matter of short staff then fine, but if someone's mopping and 2 shift leads are goofing off then it's not a matter of short staff, it's a matter of poor management. Please pay better attention to the people in the lobby we go inside to avoid the long line but I watch and the car I would've been behind is usually gone before my order is even taken inside. Seriously?? This isn't a one time instance, it's a regular occurrence here.
