Earlier today I called and I ordered a pizza and they hung up straight on my face I contacted two hours later and they brought a pizza but it was Full of marinara sauce and there was barely any cheese I picked up the pizza and it was too heavy that all the sauce and cheese came off I couldn’t even pick up the pizza without getting sauce on my fingers and I want a refund and then hang up on my face when I told them about the situation also Behind every single pizza there was burnt pieces on it do not order here.

Ordered up a large pan pizza with Italian sausage and 2 20 oz wild cherry pepsi's. Was in and out in virtually no time. Can't wait to go back, maybe for a pasta next time.

Last time I was , was very disappointed. I wanted to curbside pick up, I waited 10 to 15 minutes and they never came out. When I went in is it oh I'm sorry we're so busy oh, there was nobody there and only one other Pizza besides mine in the waiting area.

Ordered Pizza Hut because I really wanted some stuffed crust pizza. I did get that, along with a side of disgraceful customer service. I'm not sure what manager I had, didn't tell me her name, but instead of fixing my problem of receiving the wrong wings, no blue cheese (which cost 75 cents, ridiculous when you are ordering wings), and the fact that the driver got lost with my food for a half an hour, she told me the app was inaccurate, and basically that I was wrong. Then, after I said I really want my wings, she INSISTED on me returning the bone in wings that were delivered. I have no problem with that, it was the attitude she gave when telling me to return them. I will NEVER be returning to this Pizza Hut again. Guess I'll have to learn to make my own stuffed crust!

I enjoy that I can order online and pay cash. I am not a credit card person, so this is a big deal for me. I enjoy checking to see when my order has been prepared and is on its way. My driver was polite and friendly (I wish I had my glasses on to read his name tag). The pizza was what I expected.

Delivery time was over three hours and pizza was ice cold when it arrived. I was highly disappointed with this 1314 EASTON AVE Bethlehem, Pa location.

I place an order for delivery. Guy says it’s about a 2 hour wait so I said how long for pick up. He tells me 25 mins. So I say I’ll come pick it up. He says great see you soon. I go to pick it up and he never switched it over. Then they act like it’s my fault. Don’t waste your time her go to dominos down the street, or Lehigh pizza, or any other spot before here.
