It was a very different dining experience. The style of cooking promotes conversation and interaction for a large group, which is nice. The same style kills the food, as it does very little to make the food tastes good to our liking. In my opinion, this fondue thing only works well with the dessert portion of the meal, the rest... not much. We had good service. Our waiter was nice and patient. He took time to explain everything to us. Decent wine and beer list..

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary and had an excellent experience. Neither of us ever had fondue before so this place was a nice change. Our server exceeded our expectations 100%! I believe his name was Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and professional and took his time explaining the menu and how it all works. My husband and I didn't love the cooking style we selected( you cook own food) because everything was boiled instead of grilled. Next time, we'll select grilled. 😊 The dessert, however, was absolutely delicious and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. 😋 Hot melted chocolate that you get to dip various fruits and baked goods in. Omg, it was heaven!! We were so stuffed by the time we left! Make sure you dine here on an empty stomach!

A day in Bethlehem concluded with a fun & tasty meal at The Melting Pot. Our server was friendly, attentive, shared recommendations for 1st time diners & made the experience truly enjoyable. We opted for The Big Night Out & weren't disappointed. The meal starts with a cheese fondue course (shared), then individual salads, next the entree course with a medley of proteins & sauces (shared- you decide the cooking style - we chose cast-iron grill). The concluding course offered a choice of various chocolates /fruit & sweet treats to dip in the one shared pot. A really fun way to enjoy a special, memorable meal.

I wish I could rate my experience here higher than a 5. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. This was my first time here, so I had no idea what to do, but our server was so knowledgeable and helped us through the entire ordering process. Our meal consisted of the following: French onion cheese fondue to start, Caesar salad and parmesean bacon ranch salads, Mojo broth cooking style as the entree with chicken, shrimp, and vegetables, and to finish it off, the classic chocolate fondue as a dessert with an added piece of cheesecake for our 1 year anniversary. The both of us got drinks. Mine was the mango Agua Fresca, his was the fresh picked margarita. Both were fantastic! If you're looking for a romantic date night, family outing, or even some place to hold a business dinner I'd recommend this place. I've wanted to go here for such a long time, and it surely didn't let me down!

The price is average for a nice dining experience as this is where you surely will get it. When you look at the meal deals it may seem like a lot but the portions are so perfectly portioned that there's no issue Making it from the appetizers all the way to dessert. Awesome staff and waiter/waitresses 100% recommend

Went to the Melting Pot for a celebration of my brother's graduation. Our server, Jay, was both attentive and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely divine. Honestly one of the best dinning experiences I've had. Thank you so much!

The Melting Pot was a most excellent experience, especially for first time fondue’ers. It was definitely an “experience” rather than just another night out at a restaurant. Our server was super helpful in explaining everything from the menu options to the whole cooking process. He also nailed it with his recommendations. We had our two boys, one of which is a very picky eater. Both had an absolute blast in trying the new foods, dips and cooking their own food. We found it a little pricier than we had expected, but had a lot of food and drinks. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future.

The perfect blend of isolation and hospitality. Took my girl here for a special occasion Armin or server is one of if not the best server in the Lehigh Valley. He was descriptive and helpful for our first visit. I was hesitant to try the Melting Pot out after this visit I realized what I’ve been missing. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the food that’s made right in front of you. This place is original and definitely worth your time!
