We absolutely love going here for breakfast and lunch! The atmosphere and service are wonderful! From the cozy space to the melodic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Rat Pack Radio that makes you just want to sit and drink coffee all day there. The menu is small and the place is small. Yes, not the place you can roll into on a Sunday at 10am with 7-10 people (there’s plenty of overpriced establishments like that) That is the charm of this spot, it makes you feel like you are sitting at home and someone is cooking breakfast for you! The bacon is crispy and the toast is actually toasted, enough said!!!

My favorite kind of place. Not a chain, wonderful and creative food and even though you might have to wait for a table, it's fun to watch the chef prepare the meals in the front window. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives needs to visit this place although it might just make the wait for a table longer.

Tasty brunch in a quaint locale made even better by the affordable prices. Good selection of sweet and savory options. We ended up ordering an omelette and a savory french toast sandwich. The home fries were crispy and delicious. The restaurant is very small but they make maximal use of the space they do have. Hours are also limited so make sure you plan ahead!

Did I ever think I would eat Mac & Cheese for breakfast? No, but it was delicious. The staff was friendly and loved the food. Certainly a hidden gem for unique breakfast treats. We also loved the french toast.

This eatery staff: Billy, Holly & Ashley ROCK! We drove 27 miles to discover what great reviews about the menu and staff. Everything was awesome and so much more. We ordered Mac & Cheese breakfast 🍳 topped with an egg ($9) and side of Texas French Toast which was a tad chewy along with the 3 topping choice omelette plate of spinach, pork roll and cheese. Fresh and tasty, side of real home sliced potatoes and rye toast, real butter. Coffee was fresh and hot! Holly was personable & pleasant. Ashley was roving about making sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their food. Billy was front and center behind the window at the helm preparing the delicious food!! Small place with big hearts. I paid forward to a young mother of 1 & 1/2 and a young father of 2 paid forward to us. All in one breakfast encounter. The Lord is Great! This hometown place served up more than food. It’s warm embrace amongst diners shone bright that morning.

This place was absolutely incredible! My dad and I came into town last night and were looking for a brunch place this morning. We were blown away by the quality of food and staff here. Ashley was the best waitress we’ve ever had! She was so kind, and talkative, told us all about the history of this place and gave us recommendations for where to go in Bethlehem. She was amazing! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back!!

You can't find a better breakfast unless you're in Manhattan. And even if you're in Manhattan, I challenge you to find the quality and freshness of their food at their generous prices. My daughter and I recently went there on a whim for breakfast. The eggs were farm fresh, the bacon was so thick and delicious that it left me wanting more, and the fried potatoes were simply delicious! With the addition of a third egg for each of us, our bill was under 20 dollars which also included 2 drinks. The owners are very friendly as well. I'm looking forward to many more enjoyable breakfasts at The People's Kitchen. I hope this review convinces everyone reading this to go there and enjoy the same amazing experience that my daughter and I enjoyed!

The perfect corner breakfast joint. Counter seating with a few tables. The workspace- the grill and fridge and wash station are right there... And you watch your food cook. Wasn't too hot inside, seated quickly, and the staff worked together FANTASTIC. Hands down one of the best breakfast experiences I've had in a long time. And don't think it's just diner food/slinging hash. They had Shakshuka on special and that sold FAST. Lots of locals do take out (we were visiting the town for the day and saw it had great reviews). Reminded me of the college diner from years ago... but with much better food.

When you walk in it becomes apparent that People's is more than a luncheonette, but a dream of a gentle new society. Sophisticated and urbane, the warmth is enchanting to behold. A great place to socialize with friends while enjoying a menu that would feel right at home in the hippest neighborhoods of NYC. If you enjoy people, you need to treat yourself to this dream.

Clean, friendly and high quality food. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they had a vegan dish. Only one but it was very good. I'll be back.
