Foods was great, meatball sub was delicious. The gentleman that waited on us was very nice and professional. Great place to go eat with family and friends.

We are in town for a baseball tournament. Some of my friends raved about it upon finding out we were playing near Bethany Beach. So my family and I made it a point to visit. We were not disappointed! Our waiter was great, the restaurant was clean, and most important, the food was fantastic! Reasonably priced. Their secret is in their sauce. Will definitely visit one more time before we leave!

I grew up in New York City area so pizza is important to me. We used to take summer trips to Bethany up until the 90’s when I had to move to Minneapolis. I love the coast so we try to come back as often as we can. I remember regularly eating Grotto pizza because it was so close to New York style and awesome. We are back this summer and it just doesn’t seems to be the same. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still very good. But it is not as close to NY as I remember. It’s only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Pizza was really good. They put the sauce on top of the cheese. The sausage was tasty. Definitely should have ordered the 16 inch instead of the 12. The antipasta salad was also yummy.

Good location if you are into Grotto pizza. Place was larger than it appeared from outside. Service was good and pizzas were tasty. Not sure I dig the swirl of cheese and sauce but that's what you get with Grotto. The mama Grotto was really good!

I was disappointed I was expecting an awesome pizza because every one always raved about the place. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and it truly came out looking and tasting like a frozen pizza out of the box. Crust was thin and crunchy, meat and cheese were sparse. Service was not very enthusiastic and we felt like they would have preferred we came later in the day when both sides of establishment was open.

Service is super. The pizza isn't as good as it used to be. The crust meh, the sauce meh. Wedge salad fresh and tasty. Wings were good too. My husband judges any place by the iced tea which was fresh brewed and satisfied. My strawberry margarita didn't disappoint either! Overall happy with the visit.

We loved Grotto Pizza! We dined in one night and got take out another. Both were delicious! The staff was wonderful.
