It's too much to expect what you ordered, but to wait at the drive thru window for 5 minutes because a bunch of space cadets are working, and it wasn't busy ... Not even a hello through the drive through speaker, just a 'Can I take your order? ' You would think the staff would be somewhat familiar with the menu but that's not the case here either. Even though the guy at the register finally figured out what I was referring to, corrected my order, I still got the wrong item. Not his fault, the blonde girl who gave me my order didn't even review the order, I had to ask for my drink. Not only that but the sandwich maker was apparently upset I requested less mayo so he(assuming it was a guy) put extra mayo on my sandwich instead. Not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable, not accurate, and definitely not fast. Those are the 5 takeaways from my most recent visit. Should have gone to Sheetz across the street, would have been cheaper too. They used to be friendly and good, but that staff doesn't seem to work there anymore.

8 times in a row my order has been incorrect in the past 2 months. Before that I could count on my order being wrong 80% of the time. For my wife I order a Big Mac with no onion, no pickle, no cheese (i phrase it exactly like that) and myself a double qtr with cheese, no pickle. Every single time, the big mac is wrong, always still has cheese on it. Mine usually still has pickle. You may say, ok no big deal just get them replaced. But when you have to constantly have that done 80% of the time, including the last 8 times in a row I've been there, it gets insulting. Also this last time I was there, I was the only person in the drive through. So not busy. They need to worry less about getting orders out as quickly as possible, and a lot more about just getting them right.
