Food was great! I got an Italian extra and they have a nice cooler of sides like pasta salad picked eggs etc etc, and the food was very good! The customer service could use some work. They were cranky, almost gave my food away to the wrong person, and when I walked in I smiled and everyone just glared at me. The food is the only saving grace this place has. It’s very small inside, don’t plan on eating there.

Very pleasant experience. Hoagies were fantastic and definitely get what you pay for. Atmosphere was fun and made you feel welcome.

Less than standard .. to go.order on April.29th. Cheesesteak was in a hot dog bun with very little meat. Cheeseburger sub no mayo or oil or sweet peppers as requested. Ham and cheese very bland. We tried it and unfortunately won't be back. More choices in Bloom and we will try another hoagie place.

They're a good value for what you get. The buns are soft with a little chew, I could taste all the ingredients, and they have good side and drink options.

Third and finally time just to make sure. Very little meat, cheese, and toppings on basic white bread. Tried hot and cold subs. If your a Construction worker or landscaper working in the area and have no other choice for food sure it's great. Always felt like I'm getting ripped off and wasn't thrilled about going there for lunch.

They made 3 sandwiches wrong. No mayo.. no oil.. no oregano.. no peppers. just very dry and below average sandwiches. To add insult to injury they actually gave me 1 hot banana pepper on one sandwich and thats it lol. Whoever was making sandwiches on the 18th dropped the ball big time.
