Subway

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a chicken salad. The salad has hardly any lettuce and there was no chicken. First sub I ordered toasted with extra cheese. No extra cheese and not toasted. Second sub I ordered with pepper jack cheese but had no cheese on it. My receipt has all of these items on it so I'm not sure how this many items got left off the order. Not sure we will be back if this is normal here

The way the employees assembled the sandwiches that we ordered for pick-up was just incredible. The accuracy, quality, and care is what makes this location such a great choice for both the experience and the delicious products. I seriously recommend The Benissimo (by Jimmy Garoppolo) is an absolute life changer. It’s an irresistible combination of delectable rotisserie-style chicken, one-of-a-kind pepperoni, and provolone cheese topped with spinach, tomatoes, and creamy peppercorn ranch. It is served on toasted Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. Asking them to add a drizzle of oil as well as some salt and pepper elevates it to a whole new level. This is our go to spot!

I call subway this evening trying to order a party sub,the manager said they need 24 hr notice to make one she then asked what I needed it for and I explained that my best friend was dieing and I needed to take them something she said "I'm so sorry" then helped me figure out what we could do at minimum cost to me,when I went to pick them up the 2 kids working were so kind to me the young man said please get anything you want in here it's on me,thank you subway for your kindness

Aside from the app and on-line issues..and the fact my expectations weren't very high.... Holy Frick!!! I ordered the Benissimo, as follows: Italian Herbs & Cheese, Toasted, Provolone, Spinach, Tomatoes, Peppercorn Ranch, Oil, Black Pepper, Salt. Not only was it prepared EXACTLY AS REQUESTED, READY ON TIME, THE GENTLEMAN WORKING WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT BAR NONE...THE BEST FREAKING SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANYWHERE IN ANY WAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

Sandwich was ok, but the staff working was what left a bad taste in my mouth. Looked like he was closing up shop over an hour before they were scheduled to close, and fully ignored us when we walked in. We said hi, which was not responded to, and the ordering process felt awkward. We had separate orders but paid in one to just get out of there sooner.

The manager was very rude and barley said two words the whole time. The other employee wasn’t wearing a mask and didn’t change gloves after working on the register. My salad was made completely wrong and the two sandwiches I had didn’t come with the correct amount of meat. Very disappointed and needs new management. Store was a mess and trash everywhere.
