A&w Restaurant

First of all, I just want to say that I love this restaurant. I have been here a lot and have always been happy. I also love to support local businesses. However...I just want someone at this A&W store to be aware of a bad experience. My family ordered lunch here last Thursday afternoon at around 12:30 and we had a very strange experience. We ordered a couple of burgers, and both of the burger patties were very cold to the touch. They were cooked... but cold as if they had come from the fridge. There was cheese on both sandwiches, but it was also cold, and could just be easily pulled out of the sandwich. Everything else on the burger was fresh and good....but burgers are supposed to be hot. Not sure how that could have happened, and why the cheese was not melted onto (at least) a warm patty....but it was not very tasty....and kind of ruined our lunch.

If you're looking for the complete small town USA fast food diner experience this is it! We had our first visit the other day and it was great. Super friendly helpful staff (especially loved their singing along to the radio), great selection of fast food (we're Brits so not used to A&W's), clean restaurant and toilets, fast service and plenty of parking. I don't think I'll ever be going to another fast food place after finding this one, especially as we're about to move to Berthoud 😊 Don't miss this place, it's the whole package, it even has a juke box! 🍟🍔🥤
