Sonic Drive-in

I stopped by today while having an extremely bad day & was crying. The girl who took my order went above & beyond to make me feel better. The receipt says Nicole so I hope that's the right name. Thank you so much for your big heart! The girl who brought out my food was also super sweet, I think her name was Lizeth. Just wanted you ladies to know that your little acts of kindness make a big difference in the world! 💜

Pulling in at 5:40pm, I noticed there were signs at the stalls saying that all orders needed to be submitted online. I set up the online account, put my order in, and the website said it would let me know when it was ready. It also asked for my stall number so I was not sure if they would bring it out or if I had to go grab it. I refreshed about 15 minutes later to find that my order appeared fulfilled. A few minutes past that, I got out and went to the drive through where I was told they had closed at 5pm and they weren't sure why the online app allowed purchases still. Instead of someone coming out to tell me or calling me, they let me sit there for 20 minutes instead. I am less frustrated with the fact that they were closed well before the posted time (online shows 8pm) and more so because I wasted my time when I could've been informed otherwise. I will have a hard time wanting to come back here any time soon.

do not go here the only business in America that does drive thru only and blocks off their stalls. you will wait a 30-45 min just for a drink depending on time of day. and now when they used to open at 6:00 they open at 9:00 every other business in this state is doing well and thriving this is the only one that puts barricades on their stalls sells breakfast but don't open till 9. must be time just to shut the doors down since the only want to be open half the day that's some other business come in and prosper.

All Sonics in the greater ABQ area seem to be having trouble hiring and/or retaining people, as are a lot of other places right now. At least this location was smart enough to close down half their stalls so they could run the other half and the drive-through with the people they have. We did wait for about 15 minutes in the drive-through line but it moved pretty quickly and the team was as faster and more efficient than any other location I’ve visited in the ABQ area. Great job under difficult circumstances!

This location is beyond horrible! I placed an order online. After completing the order it asks for you to check in with the stall number when you arrive. I did so upon arrival. An employee came on over the intercom and told us we needed to go through the drive thru. Because the line for the drive thru was out of the property I asked if it would be possible for me to go to the door when my order was ready. The lady ended the conversation. I called the store to ask the same question. The lady who supposedly was in charge on Thursday May 19 told me I could go and if they wanted they would bring me my order to the door. She is rude and anything but professional. I proceeded to explain that because of the drive thru line being out into the street there was no way for me to get into the line and I would be happy to walk up to the door to get my order and told her there was no reason to be rude. She hung up once again ending the conversation regarding my order. Now there is no answer. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!
