Paid $11 for a Ch'King meal and got a bunch of cold slop in a bag. The Ch'King was worse and smaller than a McDonald's McChicken that's only a $1. Cold and obviously made long, long ago. An the sauce was even curdled as you can clearly see in the picture. The fries were hard and nasty. An I even had to ask for my drinks and credit card back since they thought they were going to keep those.

They were very nice & asked if it was ok to change out Dr. Pepper syrup first since it was too watery. We were SO happy they let us know & changed it over so it tasted right. We were more than happy to wait just a couple minutes🙂

Complete lack of urgency during dinner time rush. Employee took break with a only 2 other co-workers trying to fill orders. At least 6 cars still in drive through by the time we came out of the Burger King with our food.

This is the only Burger King location that doesn’t have the ice cream cone for $0.50. Lame. All the ones that I live by have them for $0.50 but not this joint.

Cook staff apparently doesn't know how to read orders. Ordered a Whopper Jr. double with bacon and cheese. Didn't get the double. Didn't get the bacon. Didn't get the cheese. Did get charged for what I ordered even though they didn't deliver. Didn't realize their mistake until I got home. Argh. Suggest that if you're doing Drive-Thru, you not leave the window until you've checked everything in your order to make sure it's complete and accurate.

Not too happy with Burger King tonight. I went in for the $.37 birthday burger. Waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through. I called to see if a car had broken down as to the reason for delay.. They said they were just trying to get the orders ready. The car in front of me drove off instead of getting their order - not sure what happened there. I only wanted one burger. They tried to give me a salad. Finally gave me the burger and tried to keep the change. Then burger was ice cold after all that. Totally not worth it or the wait.

She tried changing my order to something twice as expensive from the box to the window and nobody was behind me, she gave me the right total at the box then tried to play dumb like ordered the way more expensive stuff, the food wasn't fresh either

Don't go to this place if you want it your way. Do go to this place if you want to be ignored, talked over, drive thru windows closed in your face while your talking. To the point my young son is like "did that lady just closed the window on you?".
