Pretty slow service, and it seemed as though all of the workers were cutting up in a huddle in the back during the time that our food was supposed to be prepared (took way too long for our simple order to come out). The bathrooms were not checked - the women’s had toilet paper all over the place and the soap was out, and the men’s restroom lock did not work. Ordered two quesadillas, and neither one had been cut up, so we had to cut it ourselves with a plastic knife (thankfully they had knives).

The owner of this franchise should be absolutely embarrassed and angry. Had an experience tonight in the drive through that was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Employees (who are dressed incredibly inappropriately) cussing at customers, screaming and cursing at each other, employees hanging out outside with friends and almost an entire hour spent waiting in the drive through. Drive through attendant was also rude an unapologetic. Pretty sure I also witnessed an employee being fired outside while in a heated argument with who I can assume might have been a manager? At that point all I could do was laugh. My experience tonight was SPECTACULARLY awful. Owner needs get ahold of what the hell is going on in their restaurant.

I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to get my mobile order. The manager at the time blamed the cashier and didn't even apologize for them not "checking me in". Which I did check in when I walked in the restaurant. I'm trying to call the facility to voice my complaint with said workers but no one will answer their phone. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Don't go here. You'll wait in line 20min because they're always slow, then they'll come out and tell you they can't take your order because the school down the street is having a graduation and their management is too inept to figure out how to satisfy a party order and run their business. Maybe it's just because everyone in New Mexico is subpar and incompetent. It seems pervasive everywhere here from government to hobos. But this particular experience was egregious and goes beyond simple mental deficiency to outright rude and unprofessional.
