We should have turned around when the guy walking out said good luck..... To everyone. There was a line inside and out. We waited until everyone got their food and left. No one in the drive thru anymore. People who came in after us and got their food. Finally my husband asked where our order was. We had waited almost 20 minutes. They said oh it got kicked off the screen. Then someone else said that's the one we were waiting on (we ordered a whopper and a double whopper meal nothing extravagant. The woman at the drive thru window snapped. Well it isn't like we are busy or anything) gave us our food. My husband's sandwich didn't have lettuce or tomato so he went back up. The woman at the counter. Took his sandwich back. WITHOUT gloves on. Opened his sandwich and put tomato and lettuce on it. He gave her a look so she said oh I'll just make a new one. My sandwich was cold from sitting for 20 minutes. We will never go back. Worst service and worst attitudes we've ever dealt with.

Doordashed a fully loaded crossaint value meal and received a crossaint with only egg. No cheese even. I called the store and was told it was my fault when my 2 receipts in front of me state other wise. I was reinversed nothing of the 13 dollars I spent and was left food less. Pathetic to say the least
