Food was below average. Ordered the chicken tandoori wrap through snack pass. Asked for no rice, paid for extra protein. The completely messed it up and gave me the opposite. The flavors were very dull and disappointing. The guys there seem clueless about indian food as well. Edit: the owner promptly refunded the order amount and apologized, which is very kind. I hope the amount was not refunded from the pays of the workers, though. Nevertheless, shows that they care about customer service and hence changed from 2 stars to 4.

Eaten here several times and have always enjoyed the food, but this last time I ordered from there I found moldy lettuce in my food.

This was a cool concept of a Chipotle style Indian food place. The portions were very big and filling, especially because they used a naan wrap. The service was very fast and the people are friendly. It's on the expensive side, but not super unreasonable considering the amount of food they give you.

I used to come here more often years ago, but lately the quality hasn't been the same. Like other reviewers said, the portions are very generous and the price is quite reasonable. However, my pork vindaloo today was rock hard overcooked and some of the brown rice was undercooked. The naan wrap was also very tough to chew in some places. If you must eat here, I would recommend a bowl (instead of a wrap) with white rice and paneer.

This place is awesome. They hook it up larger than Chipotle and the food tastes great. The slow pork is my go to, but I've also had the vegetarian and vegan options. They all taste great. Pro tip: keep the foil on if you get a wrap and just tear it off in increments. You will need the extra structural support so the wrap doesn't bust.

Man, this place is awesome to hit before a show at the Greek Theater. Imagine all your favorite Indian dishes available as filling in a giant piece of Naan like a tortilla wraps a burrito with various types of sauces and chutney to add as filling. Yeah, it's killer.

Urbann Turbann is my favorite Indian Fusion restaurant in the US, hands-down. When I lived in Berkeley, I'd be at Urbann Turbann at least once every two weeks, if not more frequently. The combination of nostalgia-satisfying Indian food, and cost-effective/time-effective to go food proved to be quite useful in the busy life of an undergrad. The staff is always pretty friendly, and will be happy to help you understand the menu if you're not familiar with the Indian food items. The restaurant offers their menu in a build-your-own style, so it's fairly easy to customize their offerings to what you're looking for. When I was in school, I often would order a wrap or bowl, Mango Lassi, and a samosa or two to top it all off. On one of my recent visits, I attempted something like this, and found that it was waaaay too much food for me to eat in one sitting. I guess I just ate a lot more in college? Freshman 15 = Senior 60, amirite? Oh just me? My B. All jokes aside, the restaurant is great. I'd recommend a rice bowl with butter chicken, and customize the rest of the ingredients to your fancy. I like to add the diced jalapenos, as well as the homemade raita (it's worth it, I promise!) Keto/ Low Carb Folks: In the past, I've eaten at Urbann Turbann when I wasn't on a low carb diet, but it's easy enough just to get the same bowl without the rice and fill up on other ingredients. You'll still end up with a ton of delicious food!

I like the food here, but my kids hate it. They think it is too spicy. The wraps are filling and I've tried all the varieties and I like everything they serve. Just don't take your children unless they have and adventuresome palate.
