I haven’t been to Steak and Shake in years. But this was one of the top fast food experiences in awhile. I’ll definitely be back!

They've redone the steak and shake. it's very nice now. There are no servers anymore. However we got our food faster than we used to. Still same steak and shake flavor and the shakes are great.

Would give them a five star if they really stayed open 24/7 like what is happening to all of our stake and shacks we need more places like these guys .there shakes are always ready unlike McDonald's SORRY MAMA SOME NEEDS TO CLEAN THE SHAKE MACHINE?! LIKE REALLY MCDONALDS?!?

Ordered a steak burger for a quick bite. Seems steak burgers don't seem as good as they used to. Service inside is usually fast since I go in and order off the kiosk.

I was doing Uber nothing bad to really say but 1 thing I walked in 9 something and nobody spoke they just looked even the manager 5 mins into me standing there the cook finally turned around and got me together. No I'm not mad I use to work in fast food but a simple hello, one sec, we will be right with you something would have been fine

My children and I in the pass has always came to this location. We decided to have a late night dinner to visit it again. The system is different we needed help Vanessa and Terrell came to help with the new system. Love the customer service. They are very kind and helpful. Overall the bissness on the inside and outside looks great and so did the workers thanks again....!!!!!!!!!!......

steak n shake has always been cool in my opinion. they have steak burgers and really thicc shakes. food selection were just burgers and maybe some other stuff too. food and service were good and just what i expected when revisiting this place 8/10

While in town for a funeral while running some errands my hubby and I got hungry. We decided to stop here and we’re happy we did. I ordered the original double burger meal with a strawberry milkshake, and he ordered the the original double bacon burger with a sweet tea. The burgers gave us White Castle vibes, just bigger and more flavorful lol. The fries gave us IN-N-Out vibes, they were shoe string and not so good. We gave it a 10/10 because their customer service was on point, portion size was good and everything was freshly made to order.

We had not been to Steak n Shake in years!! This visit was so amazing 👏🏾 😍 ordering from the kiosk and seating ourselves was quick and easy. The food was fresh and the Shakes were delicious 😋 😍 the environment was quite and clean and the staff was friendly 👌 Highly recommend 👌

Hard to beat a delicious double smashburger with cheese and fries for $4. The drive-thru is a little slow, but the service was great. The employee at the window wore a mask and gloves and was processing payments contactlessly.
