Pizza Hut

Been nice if the pizza was cut. Also tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while. Rubbery and chewy. Had a few people over and everyone was hungry. This is the 2nd time the food wasn't great. Bet there won't be a 3rd time. I've heard so many people fuss about this place. Makes ya wonder who is managing and leading this place down the drain. Sorry but not sorry.

I don’t know why so many bad reviews, I think people are just chronically wanting to complain since covid hit ! My pizza is always good with lots of toppings, it’s always hot, and the workers are mostly young boys but they are nice enough. I’d you don’t expect perfection from Pizza Hut, you won’t be disappointed!

I use to love Pizza Hut but unfortunately their food quality and customer service has severely declined. Multiple times now I have placed orders that were incomplete or wrong. My last order I asked for heavy marinara sauce and fit my pizza to be “uncut”. I did not get extra/heavy sauce and my pizza was cut when I received it. They have done nothing to resolve the issues and acted like they didn’t care when I made them aware of the issues. If you want hot, fresh, accurate orders, go elsewhere!

My wife ordered a pizza thru Pizza Hut app this evening from their Chestnut location. We chose contactless pickup option in-app & arrived to pick up the pizza when the app stated it would be ready. She used the "I'm here" button in the app to alert the store we were outside waiting. When they didn't show up for several minutes, she contacted the store thru the app, which routed the call to corporate / call center. The call center stated they alerted the store we were waiting outside as well. After approximately 12 more minutes of waiting, we called the store location directly and the employee that initially answered was somewhat rude, asking if we were actually physically at the store location. My wife stated yes, that we had been waiting outside for approximately 15 minutes or so, and the employee finally apologized and said the pizza would be out momentarily. After an additional 4 to 5 minutes, the employee brought out our pizza, which was cold by that time and the toppings had become slimly and greasy. So we waited for a total of over 20 minutes on sight after alerting them of our arrival via in app, and calling their call center thru the app. We've eaten at this particular location several dozen times over the past few years with little if any problems, but in the past 3 years or so, their customer service and food quality have gradually gone down hill. The last time we ate at this location around 2 months ago, the dough on our pizza wasn't completely baked through - the center was gooey and wet like frozen dough from the supermarket gets upon defrosting - and the pizza sauce had a soured taste. We called to complain about that incident, but were brushed off and never heard back from the location. We reluctantly decided to give them another chance this evening, but after this incident, I'd personally advise others to avoid the location until they can address the issues that have caused their customer service and food quality to slip so severely.
