Benwood location has always had the best employees. Seriously Great Service! They went out of their way to help me put together a meal that satisfied those insatiable cravings, "Mission Impossible" style, to which they delivered a home run of solution!!! Can't thank them enough!

Well normally I have no issues here at the Benwood location. Found out tonight, they no longer carry kids meals. What family restaurant does away with kids meals? I had to order everything as "individual " which made our bill about $18, so almost $10 for my 9 yr old child...I think thats ridiculous for popcorn chicken, mash potatoes, a biscuit, and a cookie since everything had to be ordered separate. Not happy KFC

I’ll give this place a 3.6 out of 5 for food quality, but always check the bag before you leave. Otherwise, you might get jipped for an item you ordered.

The place is too busy because it is a Taco Bell and KFC, to make the food properly at 11:00 am.

Every single time I get food from here they always mess it up. I’ve lived in the area for YEARS and they can’t seem to get an order right. I just ordered from doordash for a chicken tender basket, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a sprite. The only thing they got right was the mashed potatoes. I got little sandwiches, fries, and some type of dark pop. This place is RIDICULOUS.
