Great staff, more than reasonable prices for food and beverage...and since we're talking about food, it was fantastic. I ordered an app (to share) and the Southwest chicken salad and I couldn't finish it all. Lots of food and delicious! Highly recommend!
The food is amazing! The portions are huge for a cheap price. $13 for a half pound burger is quite a deal! The homemade chips and dip are delicious and there wasnt a wait at all. The place has a great atmosphere and the servers did an amazing job! Great attentiveness and always making sure everything is as perfect as it can be! I will definitely being going back many times!

If Benton Harbor needed a restaurant to be the face of the city, I would nominate North Shore Inn! 🔥 This restaurant is a hidden gem in Benton Harbor. North Shore Inn gives historic vibes as you enjoy great food and service. It's best to go early, as the restaurant was quite intimate. The food was to cry for and not too bad on pricing! This place could easily be on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri, if given the opportunity. The flavors hit every level of sweet, salty, crunchy, smoky, lovely, and delicious! There is great respect for the food here. Please make your way to North Shore Inn. You won't regret it!
Recommended to us for a great burger. The burgers were great, huge and perfectly cooked. They also had a different selection of North Pier Brewing beers than the brewery across the street. Their French fries were super crispy and hot when served.
I was on a road trip and decided to stop by here. Usually places like these are hit or miss, but this time, I had zero regrets! I had a classic burger and it was absolutely delicious! Easily the best burger I've had in a very long time! Will definitely be coming back here again soon!

Unfortunately, this is now the second time in a row where they where way under staffed. There was only one server and the bartender working tables. They did a great job but service was understandablely slow. We felt sorry for the workers. We will probably not be back until we hear that they are better staft.
North Shore Inn is a great place to go for a delicious burger. The service is quick and kind. The prices a fairly decent. The bar itself has been updated recently, but still has an old school charm.
North Shore Inn is a delicious American pub that is known for there burgers. Everyone was pleased with their burger, the kids loved the Mac & Cheese, poutine fries are outstanding, I had the O.D.B orginial donut burger but I would have enjoyed more beef and less breakfast sausage in the patty. The bloody Mary's we're good. The place has captured the history of the location while updating it. Plus, it's on the makers trail of S.W Michigan! Enjoy
The food was outstanding! MUST try the Poutine. Pork Rinds coming out popping! Hamburger is TOP Grade A Beef, no Wal-Mart specials here. BLT had bacon stacked and 😋. Also tried the local North Shore Brewer drinks!
I told the chef surprise me and he gave me this beauty of a burger, couldn’t even finish it in one sitting😮💨

Stop in before September 29th , to eat at this little gem. They will be closing on the 29th of September until after the new year, for repairs and remodeling.

I was told before I went there, "they have the best burgers." I thought to myself, sure they do! (Sarcasticly lol) Guess what? They got the best freaking burgers!!! They were amazing!! You have to go there and see for yourself.
