I was visiting my son here for the holidays when I realized he desperately needed a new muffler on his truck. He is just getting started, so I told him I’d replace his muffler for one of his Christmas presents. The men at Midas were so friendly and gave us a very fair deal. They also did the work fast! Three hours total! That meant the work was done before I had to leave town and before he needed the truck back for work. This is a place I know I can trust to do work on my son’s truck without fear of him getting ripped off. And again, nicest guys ever!
I have only great reviews for the new ownership/management here. After 5 years in Bend, I have finally found someone I can trust with my vehicle. Mike and his team did an amazing job diagnosing my mechanical issues, giving me unbiased advice and doing incredible work. If you want years of knowledge and experience from honest, hard working guys who care about their customers, this is the place to go. I will be recommending them to everyone, for anything from an oil change to serious mechanical work. Thanks Mike and team!

Mike is an absolutely wonderful person to work with. He got me a quote for my break pad replacement quickly, and then got me in the same day! The job only took a few hours, and the whole thing was completely painless. Their prices are reasonable (as reasonable as things get these days), and as a young woman, I felt completely at comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Also, the warranty and longevity are excellent! I feel comforted knowing that my car is all set for brakes for essentially the rest of its life. I had no idea I’d be getting that out of the deal.
I highly recommend this shop and I will be returning.

Under new ownership and they were amazing! Got an oil change and they fit me in within a couple hours (they were booked) but getting me in later in the day worked perfectly for me. Great customer service, kind and apologetic about it being a bit before they could get me in. They were super quick too! Thanks guys you were awesome!
Went here instead of my usual place for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with how incredibly friendly and thorough they were. Mike, the owner, made me feel very welcome and got my car in quickly even though it was a busy morning. They took care of my oil and didn't try and recommend or pressure me on services that weren't needed and gave my car a thorough inspection! They have definitely earned my business in the future, as I felt my car was in very good hands with honest, trustworthy, and just all around lovely people to interact with. Thank you all!
My dealer missed problems with my brakes (cracked rotor, pads were pretty aged too) and missed items during service. The Midas guys were everything my dealer was not. They were fast, professional, efficient, and had parts in stock. Car once again drives like it came off the lot. The front office experience was also top-notch
Michael and Russell were very helpful and pleasant to work with! I really appreciated that I wasn't pressured to purchase anything that I didn't need. My vehicle was ready to go when they said it would be.

new ownership is awesome! i worked with the store manager and had an amazing experience. he was very informative and helpful, they did my oil change in a timely manner even while understaffed. i highly recommend this midas location to anyone needing service.
Was driving through town and had a brake noise stopping into this MIDAS. I got great service. I guess they have new owners a new managers but they were polite prompt and I was in and out in an hour and a half highly recommend this place.
Mike and Harrison are some awesome people! Helped in every way they could and fixed the problem of my car immediately and efficiently. I would totally recommend this place over any other shop!
