Great experience. This place has our favorite old fashioned in town, we compare all others to it. Despite the fact, we still love to try the new stuff too! It’s a bit spendy but manageable.

Stihl is a whiskey bar in the downtown Bend area that has dozens of whiskey options as well as other drinks and some food too. It's definitely more intimate and small than most other bars around but it's got character. Prices are on par with the qualities of the whiskey and the bartenders know their whiskey for sure. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations because they will help you out. Would go here again, especially towards the end of the night.

Really great service and selection of everything. Also, I happened to leave my jacket by mistake and couldn’t stick around to pick it up the next day as I had to travel. The general manager found my business card in the pocket, called me and coordinated to get it back to me….super honest, kind and went out of his way to help me out. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is awesome! The staff was incredibly attentive, and really pulled out all the stops for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary! They gave me my favorite special request, spicy tiramisu. Very thoughtful and unique! 10/10 recommend.

The burgers are fantastic. The drinks are well made and they have an impressive whiskey collection to choose from. The staff were friendly and engaging. Will definitely be going back.

BEST FOOD & ATMOSPHERE IN BEND! The GM Davidson hired a new chef and turned this spot from one of my favorite places to get a great scotch to now a favorite cozy food spot to compliment the best whiskey selection in town. Order the chef's daily specials, you're welcome.

Came because of the owners amazing responses to the 1 star reviews, left loving this place lol. The bartender is awesome, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail of this place. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is very chill. Definitely going to make this a regular spot now whenever we are traveling through Bend. Disregard any of the negative stuff... oh and always tip your bartender!!
